🏠 Warranty Policy
Effective Date: 1 February 2026
1. Flushing System Warranty
The flushing system is covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
2. Onsite Service Warranty
- A 3-year onsite warranty is provided and applies to the flushing system only.
- Onsite warranty includes inspection, labour, and necessary rectification related to the flushing system.
3. Service After Onsite Warranty Period
- After the initial 3-year onsite warranty period, onsite service remains available.
- A transport and service fee of $80 per visit will apply.
4. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation, misuse, or unauthorised modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by harsh chemicals, improper cleaning agents, or external impact
- Issues not related to the flushing system
- Any repair or service carried out by unauthorised third parties
- Claims for repair or service effected elsewhere will not be entertained.
5. Service & Warranty Claim Requirements
When requesting service or repair, customers are required to furnish the following information:

When submitting a warranty claim, please provide the following information:
a) Full name and address
b) Telephone number and invoice number
c) Clear video and/or photographs showing the symptoms or fault of the flushing system
6. Warranty Validation & Disclaimer
- This warranty is valid for original purchasers only and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
- Warranty coverage is valid only when the product is installed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- REMODE HUB SG shall not be liable for any liabilities, damages, losses, and/or injuries arising from or incidental to the installation or use of REMODE HUB products.
- REMODE HUB SG reserves the right to amend, revise, or change the terms and conditions of this warranty without prior notice.
