Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern all sales of Products by Remode Hub Pte Ltd to you. By purchasing any Product you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Remode Hub Pte Ltd, the parent company. 

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words have the following meanings:

  • Business Day means any day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Singapore.
  • We are a non-GST registered company. All prices listed are net prices.
  • Order means any order for products placed by you through the site.
  • S$ means Singapore Dollars.
  • Product means the products which are available for purchase from the site and a product is any one of them.

Contract of Sale

i. A binding agreement for Remode Hub Pte Ltd to sell you Products is made on these Terms when Remode Hub Pte Ltd. accepts an Order in accordance with Clause 2ii.

ii. Each Order placed by you with Remode Hub Pte Ltd is only confirmed when Remode Hub Pte Ltd sends you an email with the order number.

Online Store Terms

  • Our store is hosted on Easystore. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
  • By placing an Order, you warrant that you are: (i) legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and (ii) you are at least 18 years old.
  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  • You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
     A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
     You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Order and Delivery

  • Upon confirmation of payment, Remode Hub Pte Ltd will contact you via WhatsApp.
  • For delivery, Remode Hub Pte Ltd or its courier service will inform you about the date of delivery and dispatch the Products to the address that you specify for delivery in the Order. Remode Hub Pte Ltd or its courier service will try to deliver within the quoted timeframe but such a timeframe is an estimate only based on availability and normal processing. Accordingly, Remode Hub Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any delay in delivery.

Price and Payment

  • Transport charges for product return/ exchange of products are priced at

  • Transport charges for onsite repair/ assessment are priced at
  • $50
    - For Vanity cabinets, Ergonomic tables, and chairs: 
  • Free delivery applies to lift landing only.
  • Carry up to (2nd Floor) + $10.00, with
  • 2nd Floor ($10) + $10.00 for additional subsequent level
  • Surcharge delivery to Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport, MBS area + $8.00 - $15.00

*We reserve the right to delay or cancel your order if you fail to accurately register the actual location.

Delivery is only to be conducted on the main island of Singapore.

  • All prices are specified in S$, and they are nett within Singapore.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time but changes will not affect any Order that Remode Hub Pte Ltd has accepted.
  • You may make payment for Products by (i) credit card, (ii) Grab, (iii) Atome, or (iv) Paynow.

Installation charges for the following items are priced at:

  • Vanity cabinet $120 per set 
  • Mirror cabinet $50 per pc
  • Relocation of Remode Hub Laundry rack to a new premise ( from point A to point B on the same day) $120
  • Relocation of Remode Hub Laundry rack within the same premises $120
  • An additional transport cost of $50 will be incurred if relocation is to be done on 2 separate days.
  • Disposal NOT included.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • Except for Products that are defective or damaged upon delivery to you, all Products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged vanity cabinet, you must reject the delivery and notify Remode Hub Pte Ltd within the same day, after which Remode Hub Pte Ltd shall have no liability to you. Remode Hub Pte Ltd's obligation to you in respect of such notification will be at its option to (i) replace any Product that is defective or damaged, or (ii) refund to you the amount paid by you for the relevant Product to the original method of payment.

Liability and Disclaimer

  • To the extent permitted by law, Remode Hub Pte Ltd makes no warranty or representation that any Product will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, or that it will not infringe the rights of third parties.
  • Remode Hub Pte Ltd will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any Order, however, caused, even if foreseeable.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts Remode Hub Pte Ltd liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any matter for which it would be illegal for it to exclude its liability.
  • It is entirely at our discretion to accept or reject any offer submitted by you. Our acceptance of such offers is always subject to the authorization of your payment card (or receipt of payment in cleared funds), availability of stock at the stated price, and confirmation that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
  • If for whatever reason we are unable to accept your Order, we shall endeavour to notify you of this promptly and shall provide a full refund of any prepayments made.

Products or Services (if applicable)

  • Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy.
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
  • We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
  • We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

  • Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third- parties.
  • Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.
  • We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.

User comments, feedback, and other submissions

  • If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
  • We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms & Conditions.
  • You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third party.

Intellectual Property

  • The Products are subject to copyright laws and protection and are sold to you on the basis that you comply with the provisions of any copyright notices thereon and therein. Under no circumstances shall Remode Hub Pte Ltd be liable to you for any of your actions which are in breach of such copyright laws and provisions.
  • All trade marks, logos and other intellectual property rights used as part of the Site belongs to Remode Hub Pte Ltd or another party. No person or entity may reproduce or use such trade marks, logos or intellectual property in any manner other than expressly authorized by Remode Hub Pte Ltd or the relevant third party.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Return & Refund Policy
  • Returns must be done within 3 days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you.(Strictly No Return/Refund for automated laundry rack and vanity cabinet once installation has been done). Products being returned must be in the original packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, Warranty cards, Certificates of Authenticity) and any free gifts received with it.
     -Refunds (if applicable) will exclude any delivery service charges that the customer had incurred when purchasing the Product. Service charges, such as delivery and installation fees, will not be refunded. Refund will be processed and effected within 14 working days
  • Return collection service does not include collection service charges and is subjected to additional service charges. The additional service charges have to be paid prior to the return collection being processed.
  • Once the return is processed, Remode Hub customer service team will contact you to coordinate the pickup of the product. You must be present at the time of product pickup/exchange to complete the return.
  • Please DO NOT engage a third party to deliver the product to us on your behalf. As mentioned above, you must be present when the product reaches us.

If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the product. We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.

After 3 days but within the Warranty Period

  • If you received a Product that is faulty or defective, bring the item to our service center for servicing. No refund, exchange, or repair will be allowed if the customer was made aware of the defect before purchasing or upon delivery of the Product (purchased from our Clearance and/or Display Sets) but agreed to complete the purchase or accept the delivery.
  • If you received a different product than the one you ordered, please contact Remode Hub Pte Ltd or send it in for exchange for the original Product you ordered.
  • If a Product has been damaged in transit, you can return the Product to us within 3 days of receiving the Product for exchange. Please check that your order is correct at the time of delivery, ensuring that the Product is sealed and unopened. If you are unhappy with the condition of the Product, please do not accept the Product and request that the delivery agent return the Product to us. Do WhatsApp us immediately at +65 8889 3455 if such a situation arises.
  • No refund will be given if the customer simply changes his/her mind about purchasing the Product, where there is no defect in the Product. However, exchange of a Product to a Product of similar value or a value higher than the original Product, with the customer paying for the difference in the value of the Product, may be allowed, subject to the management’s approval. No refund will be issued if the customer selects a Product of lesser value.
  • Remode Hub Pte Ltd may offer to repair a defective Product within a reasonable period of time and with minimal inconvenience to the customer or exchange the Product with a similar Product. No refund will be provided, even if the customer does not agree to have the Product repaired or replaced, and insists on a refund as the only option. If the Product cannot be repaired within a reasonable period of time and without minimal inconvenience to the customer, or if a similar Product cannot be found, Remode Hub Pte Ltd may offer the customer a refund subject to the depreciating value of the Product, the benefit that the customer had been afforded through the use of the Product until it became defective, and the Product’s current condition resulting from the customer’s use.

Terms and Conditions for General Service and Maintenance

  • Before you bring your product to us, please clean your product and remove grease, oil, food residue, dirt & dust, insects & other pests. Our Service Centre is located at: Blk 5 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2A #03-01 AMK Tech 2 Singapore 567760.

We are open from 10 am to 8 pm (Mondays to Sundays). Please get the passcode 1 day in advance from the customer service team to leave the item in the deposit/collection room.

We endeavor to repair your product as soon as possible, sometimes on the spot, as we understand that it is inconvenient for you to make a return trip. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, e.g. the complexity of the defect, it may take a longer time. Hence, please arrive earlier in the day. If you wish for us to collect the product from your location, a transport fee of $25 (one way) or $50 (both ways) will be imposed irrespective of whether the product is within the warranty period or not. Please DO NOT engage any third party to deliver the product to us as we will not accept the product. If you do not have proof of purchase, there will be labor and parts charges.

  • “Repair Services” specifically refer to the rectification of mechanical and electrical faults so that the product can be returned to a functional state only.
  • The decision by Remode Hub Pte Ltd on all repairs relating to defects of either workmanship or of materials shall be conclusive and the purchaser shall agree to be bound by such decision. Remode Hub Pte Ltd shall retain all defective parts or products replaced.
  • Defective parts will be replaced free of charge if the defect is reported within the warranty period from the date of registered purchase.
  • Products not collected within 1 month of the Collection date will be disposed of.
  • Remode Hub Pte Ltd (at its absolute discretion) shall be entitled to decide on disposal method as it deemed fit. In any event, neither Remode Hub Pte Ltd nor its staff shall be liable or accountable to anyone in any way for the place, method, and/or length of storage and/or the use, retention, and/or disposal of the product.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

  • We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
  • You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
  • You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
  • In no case shall Remode Hub Pte Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Remode Hub Pte Ltd and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms & Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

  • These Terms & Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
  • If in our sole judgment, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms & Conditions, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Entire agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

  • These Terms & Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms & Conditions).
  • Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
