📌 PVC VANITY SET WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty Coverage:
- Onsite Warranty: 2 year from the date of Delivery/ Installation.
- Covered:
i) Rust on hinges under normal household use.
ii) Peeling of PET film on the vanity surface under normal household use.
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or exposure to harsh chemicals is not covered.
- Mirrors are not covered under this warranty.

📌 BASIN / KITCHEN MIXER TAP WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty Coverage:
- 2-years product warranty from date of collection/delivery, covering rust and leakage under normal usage.
Service Procedure:
- No onsite service is provided.
- Please take a clear video showing the defect and send it to us for verification.
- Once approved, you will need to Self-Collect the replacement part from our designated collection point.
- We do not provide removal or re-installation services.
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or exposure to harsh chemicals is not covered.

📌 TOILET BOWL WARRANTY POLICY
1. Flushing System Warranty
- The flushing system is covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
2. Onsite Service Warranty
- A 3-year onsite warranty is provided and applies to the flushing system only.
- Onsite warranty includes inspection, labour, and necessary rectification related to the flushing system.
3. Service After Onsite Warranty Period
- After the initial 3-year onsite warranty period, onsite service remains available.
- The cost of evaluation, transport, and labour, if any shall be borne by you
4. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by harsh chemicals, improper cleaning agents, or external impact
- Issues not related to the flushing system
- Any repair or service carried out by unauthorized third parties
- Claims for repair or service effected elsewhere will not be entertained.

📌 KITCHEN SINK WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty Coverage:
- 2-years product warranty from the date of delivery, covering rust under normal household usage.
Service Procedure
- No onsite service is provided.
- If you encounter a rust issue, please take a clear video showing the defect and send it to us for verification.
- Our specialist will analyze the issue. If an exchange is approved, we will notify you to arrange collection of the sink.
- Removal and re-installation services are not provided.
Exclusions
- Rust or corrosion caused by misuse, improper installation, harsh chemicals, or acidic cleaners is not covered.
- Accessories such as waste fittings, strainers, pipes, or other add-ons are not covered under this warranty.
