Warranty Information for Air Purifier


 
Please Take Note

  1. Please first check whether the power supply to the Air-Purifier is properly connected before calling for repair service.
  2. In order to maintain the efficiency and prolong the life span of the Air-Purifier, you are encouraged to routinely clean and change the filters.

When requesting for service or repair, please furnish the following information:

a)            Full name and address

b)            Telephone number and Invoice number

c)            Symptom or the fault of the Air-Purifier

Terms & Conditions

This warranty is applicable to:
Air Purifier purchased from REMODE HUB SG and its authorized dealers within Singapore.

  1. The warranty period for the Air Purifier is as follows –
  2. In respect of the Air-Purifier, in general, Twelve (12) months from the date of delivery from Remode Hub Sg.
  3. If the Air Purifier is defective during the applicable warranty period, Remode Hub Sg will repair or replace such defective parts of the Air Purifier free of charge provided that the Air Purifier has been properly used according to the operating instructions.  Whether the defective part will be repaired or replaced will rest solely in Remode Hub Sg’s discretion.
  4. The warranty shall not apply to all parts or materials used for the replacement of defective parts of the Air Purifier pursuant to this Warranty.
  5. You are required to contact our technical support before delivering the Air Purifier to Remode Hub Sg’s Service Centre located at 5 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2A , Singapore 567760, during normal working hours for warranty repair service.
  6. The warranty does not cover the following costs –
  • Labour and transport
  1. The warranty shall become void under the following situations –
  • Tempering, alteration, modification, misuse or change in the Air Purifier in terms of design or function or set being dropped; or
  • Usage of any part in the Air Purifier other than genuine Remode Hub Sg’s parts; or
  • Defects or damage due to misuse or abuse, whether accidental or intentional, improper maintenance, use after a partial failure, use with electrical supply of improper voltage or frequency; or
  • Damages resulting from accident, flood, fire, acts of God or other events beyond Remode Hub Sg’s control; or
  • Defects or damage due to failure to follow Remode Hub Sg’s instruction with regards to the application, use, service or maintenance, or failure to comply with local codes, standards, ordinances or industry specifications; or
  • Units placed at highly corrosive environment.
  1. The Warranty also does not cover the following –
  • Internal and external finishing
  • Filters of the Air Purifier
  1. Remode Hub Sg’s responsibility under this Warranty ends if the original purchaser –
  • Exports the Air Purifier out of Singapore

THE WARRANTY PROVIDED IN THIS REMODE HUB SG WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER FOR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. 

In no event shall Remode Hub Sg be liable for special or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession or use of the Air-Purifier sold by Remode Hub Sg.
 
  No carrier, retailer, agent, dealer or employee thereof is authorized to make modifications to this limited warranty and you should not rely on any such representation. Remode Hub Sg reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions if necessary.
