Order Cancellation

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, within a certain amount of days.

Returns & Exchanges
Promotional items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Occasionally, an issue may occur with an order. If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. Please contact us as soon as you receive your order so that we can get back to you promptly within 3 working days. Please quote your order number for to allow us to address your request as soon as possible. Do note that we will only replace products that have been damaged by delivery, sent wrongly to you or defective products covered under warranty.
